PARVTASANA/ पर्वतासन

 

This asana is also called 'Viyogasana/ वियोगासन '.

 

Action: -

First of all, sit on Padmasana and put your hands near your chest in “NAMASKARA” position. Now in the same position, slowly raise the hands straight upside the head.

It is very easy to do this asana after practicing Padmasana.

 

Advantages: -

1.) Sitting on Padmasana in Namaskar state with straight hands and taking time increases the speed of oxygen.

2.) This pair of asanas should be Surryabhedan and anulom-vilom pranayama for 15 minutes each, so that the disorders of the lungs, spine and stomach disappear.

3.) These children exercise their arm muscles well.

4.) All the benefits of Padmasana are easily obtained through this Asana.
