Utkatasana/उत्कटासन
This aasana is a very useful & easy to do. Regular practice of this
asana gives good exercise to the muscles and joints from the toes to the thighs
and makes them strong and strong. There are 2 types of this seat.
# Utkatasana type - 1: -
This is very simple and can be done with a person who has just started
yoga.
Action: -
Stand with both legs close to each other and straight. Now with both
hands joined, keep the head straight. Now slowly bend through the mystery.
# Utkatasana type - 2: -
This is the next step of the first step.
Action: -
Stand in the first type of position. Now lift the body 4-5 cm and stand
on the toes.
The dough should come down slowly and sit on the heels of the feet, and
the palms of the hands should be placed slowly on the inside of the dough.
Remain steady in this position for 8-10 seconds and then do the opposite
action and come out of the second type and then the first type.
Advantages: -
1.) Regular practice strengthens the muscles of hands and feet as well
as claws.
2.) Due to the practice of this asana, the path of Ida and Pida, which
are necessary for Kundalini awakening, is closed and Pranavahan starts from
Sushuman.
3.) Regular practice of this asana cures diseases like constipation, anemia, skin diseases, indigestion, heart and lung weakness, arthritis.
