Santulanasana(संतुलनासन)
Even
though it is an easy aasana, the body balance is must. Weigh the whole body on one foot to do this asana. & that's the reason this aasana called as
Method: -
Stand up straight and keep eye in front, bend one leg through the ankle and
hold the sole in the hand. Now lift the other hand straight up. Stay in this
position for 10-12 seconds. Do the same for the other side.
The
frequency of this asana should be gradually increased day by day for effective benifits.
Benefits:
- Exercising the joints of the whole body with this asana cures the joint pain
and also with regular practice the balance of the body can be maintained well.
