Bddha-Padmasana/बद्ध-पद्मासन

This aasana is useful for making the body healthy, strong and toned. It is a little difficult and arduous to do this aasana, so the seekers who want to do this aasana should try hard and persistently.

 

Action: -

First sit on Padmasana. Now with both hands behind the back, hold the thumb of the left foot with the right hand and the thumb of the right foot with the left hand. To complete this aasana, the body needs to be kept straight. Now continue breathing slowly.

This seat should be done as much as possible and slowly as long as possible(increasing time day by day).

1.) Since both the knees and the leg muscles are stressed, they get good exercise and have a good effect on both.

2.) Regular practice of this aasana makes the body flexible.
