Bhu-naman-Vajrasana(भू-नमन-वज्रासन)
Bhu-naman-Vajrasana
is to be done in the opposite direction of Supta-Vajrasana.
Method: -
First be Vajrasanastha, put the fold of the hand on the back
and bend forward and is to hold the palm of the right hand in the corner of the
left hand and the palm of the left hand in the corner of the right hand. Take a
deep breath before bending and hold it in your lungs and exhale slowly while
bending. It is important that the nose touches the ground to complete this
aasana.
# Get out
of this seat by doing the opposite action.
# If it
is difficult to do this seat, then "Balasan/ बलासन" can be an alternative seat.
